Location and Acreage:This property is located 53 miles southwest of Lewistown approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The access is 20 miles south of Utica with those miles being county gravel road. Entrance to the property is via bridge, holding approximately 35,000 lbs, and locked gate. The property contains 3.7 deeded acres surrounded by the Little Belt Mountains in the Lewis and Clark National Forest.

Water: The property has the South Fork of the Judith River running through and along the property boundaries. This stream is home to Cutthroat Trout. The Cutthroat Trout is a species of freshwater fish in the salmon family, they are very sought after for game fish, especially among anglers who enjoy fly fishing.

Lewis and Clark National Forest: Located in central and north central Montana, the Lewis and Clark National Forest is one of ten forests in the Northern Region. The Forest spreads across thirteen counties, seven mountain ranges, and administers an interpretive center in Great Falls. The Forest is characterized by coniferous forests, woody valley bottoms, high mountain peaks and broad grassy meadows. The Bob Marshall and Scapegoat Wildernesses cover almost half of our forest land. Furnished Log Cabin and Garage:The cabin is offered fully furnished with a detached single car garage. The main floor consists of 884 sq ft with dinning area, living room, utility room, full bath, and one oversized bedroom (12 x 14 ft). The 442 sq ft loft is currently used as a second bedroom. The kitchen is outfitted with finished hickory cabinets and all the major appliances including: range, refrigerator, microwave, and range hood. The entire cabin is finished with beautiful golden oak doors and trim. The home is not only functional but aesthetically pleasing. The cabin was completed in 2002. It is constructed of 2 x 6 with a log siding exterior, it sits on a wood foundation with concrete footers, the walls are insulated with R20 and the ceilings with R30 insulation. The crawl space is wood with a vapor barrier and pressure tank with 2 water filters. The building has buried electric lines but is without a telephone land line. Heating for the home is supplied by a propane heater with direct vents and an additional wood burning stove. Water is supplied to the cabin from a 25' well with a submersible pump. The detached single car garage (14 x 26 ft) has a concrete floor, electricity and a work bench.
