The property is located 10 miles east of Lewistown
along the north side of Highway 87 in the foothills
of the Judith Mountains. Lewistown has been in national
magazines and journals as one of the best places in
America to live and hunt & fish. The privacy and

Lewistown Area:
Lewistown, with a steady population of 6,500, is in
the Center of Montana surrounded by five area mountain
ranges. Located to the north is the Missouri River

miles from Billings and 105 miles from Great Falls,
both have service for major airlines. The local airport

Creek, Judith River, Missouri River, Crystal Lake,
Warm Spring Creek, Ackley Lake, Petrolia Lake, and
Ft. Peck Lake are the main sources of water for fishing
and recreation. Besides the water sources there are
five area mountain ranges that provide a variety of
